Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every purchase from NikNenz Direct. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Email us at n.n.corporates@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
- Pack the item securely and send it to our address
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style where available. Please contact us to check stock availability before sending your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure your return arrives safely.
